Shades of Green

Monochromatic page design - Challenge #10

I think the color green has the most varied shades of the rainbow and everything goes great with green. Green is a calming color and it anchors you.

Apples - Artichokes - Candy - Frogs - Straws - Limes - Foliage

These are just come of the green things I think about and of course there are so many more.

These frogs make such a cute family. I just couldn't resist putting them in my design.

Page Design is #55

Photos are still. My favorite photo is of the limes. Layering them brings depth to the photo.

Matting is light and bright green

I used the vertical block for my title with Monotype Corsica Font.

Dale! I like that you have chosen a neutral unifying background for taking your pictures, it really shows off the shades of green in you various items. I like that you have used shades of green paper tiles as mats to bring out the monochromatic color element for the challenge.

I see more than one of us likes green :) Really like the font used on the title. Nice photos! What a cute frog family too.

It's amazing how many green things are popping up in this challenge. My mother's favorite color was green and it's also my daughter's. These look like they could have come from a magazine ad. Great job.

Pretty colors. I have a little frog that is very much like that one that I've had since high school (a VERY long time!) I like the limes too - AND the candy - want to dig in...

Love the frog family!! Adorable! You are right, the layering of the limes does give depth and this is a really interesting photo. I want to reach out and grab that apple, too! Nice job!
