Butterfly Art

If you have a few crayons, a little waxed paper, a bottle of glue, scissors, some colored cardstock, and a hot iron, you can make a rainy spring day a little more fun. :)

Shave the crayons into tiny bits, place between pieces of waxed paper, and melt with an iron (be sure to use a towel or piece old old fabric between the iron and waxed paper.)

Cut a butterfly shape out of colored cardstock. and glue it to the colorful waxed paper.

Trim the excess waxed paper. Punch a little hole and use a suction cup to display on a window.
