Boys of Summer! August Photo Challenge

I can't believe I forgot to post this layout!!  So sorry for the delay folks.  I designed this layout weeks ago and had it saved to upload on the 6th and then I guess the time just got away from me!

At any rate, the challenge was to take pictures of things that say "summer" to me.  Nothing more perfectly epitomizes summer than boys playing baseball!  This layout features my nephew Kayden and his team playing in their final tournament game and winning the season championship!!!

I used baseball and trophy cornerstones, along with the year.  I added a few accents with baseball patterned paper.  It's a very simple layout, I know, but one of my favorites because of the joy on Kayden's face!

Love the "windmill" layout. I use it all the time! Such a great way to get a lot of pictures on a page.

I love your use of the CornerStones Deborah. And the close up images of the baseball. Great details and the photos are adorable.

What a great layout! Other than the obvious pride on your nephew's face, I love the smattering of baseballs. The cornerstones and date look great too. Great colors!

Great Summer page..indeed, nothing says summer like little league. Love how close the red of their uniforms match the shade of paper you used. Great combination of posed and action shots. You can't always tell who's out on the field, having the close-ups of your nephew adds a real personal look.

What's better than little boys playing baseball? Great action shots and posed photos! Is the trophy one of Tami's cornerstones or did you make that yourself?
