Our first March design team project was to showcase our neighborhood. I decided to feature photos of sites I observe on a (almost) daily basis as I drive to and from my house. My favorite coffee shop, the kid's candy store, the marina, the kid's old school, the kayakers, the beautiful trees and the bald eagles that enthrall me whenever I see them at the marina or in the creek

You can't see it well in the photo , but the banner on top says "Welcome to Brownsville". That is our tiny little corner around here.

I live an hour's ferry ride west of Seattle. My house is 30 seconds from this scenic marina. I love seeing it on the seeming endless trips I take to and from my house each day. I "have" to drive right by it!

This place looks beautiful! Where exactly is your home? I love the top part with the vertical cuts. Your layout makes it look so peaceful there. Good job!

How wonderful that you can see kayakers! Living near the water must be nice at times and seeing eagles really must be thrilling. I find the rows of boats at rest very peaceful. The variety of size photos and cuts in your layout keeps the eye moving to get it all.
