MMDT Challenge #14 - Series of Images

For our second post we were to choose a subjects and photograph a series of images based on that subject.  I think I took hundreds of pictures trying to decide just what I wanted to do with this page.  Churches, Old Buildings, Flowers.  Then we went to the beach with my niece and nephew and I knew what my page would be.  From the moment we hit the sand to the time it was time to go Spencer never left the water.  So I grabbed my camera and went down to the waters edge to catch the excitement of as he tried to "catch a wave" on the boogie board.

I used the ginger grid paper as it gave me the feel of the sand since all of the pictures are in the water.  My hand written title is done on blue paper tiles and I used a cream colored 2013 tile strip.  The little metal tags are from EK success.

What a day and what a memory! What a tribute to youth . . . isn't this what memory books are all about. I love how you put this together. It's complete.

You got some really great shots, Tonnya...nice variety! It looks like so much fun! I like the little smile he has in the middle photo...like he was really enjoying it and proud of himself! I really like the ginger color with the water photos, too. I love the little metal tags...the perfect embellishment! Nice job!

The metal tags are a fun way to embellish a beach page. I have always loved the sand paper - it really compliments the beach photos. The light blue is a great companion color. Makes me want to watch someone catch some waves - while I lay on the beach. ;)

Nice page! Like the ginger paper with the beach photos. Cute tags and I like that the wording is colored so you can easily read them. Looks like a ton of fun :)
