Pike Street Market

I am not sure exactly what it is about the Seattle Farmers Market that makes me want to return again and again. May be it is all the colorful produce or may be it is the flowers? May be it is the artists? May be it is the fresh donuts or the "flying fish." It could definitely be the gorgeous view of the Puget Sound and I have always enjoyed the ride over on the ferry. The only thing I can say for sure... this is not likely to be the last page I make about the Pike Street Market. :)

Half Size Photos

When I have way more photos than I know I can fit in on my 12x12 page I frequently opt to print them "half-sheet" size. (2 images on one 4x6 sheet.) I wind up with a bunch of photos that fit nicely on a 2x3 square Paper Tile. Printing this size of image allowed me to get A LOT of photos on the two page spread shown below. (only one of the photos was printed on a full 4x6 sheet):

We have something similar here in Dover, Delaware. It's called Spence's Bazaar and is one of the oldest farmers' markets in the state. We have a lot of Amish-made/grown items here. This layout reminds me that 2013 will be a great time to explore the great things in our own state.

I love the colors...both in the photos and as the matting. Looks so Seattle-ish! Great job!

I love your eye for detail and how you can put so much into your pages without making them look cluttered or busy. Simply beautiful. I so enjoy strolling the market and taking in all the sights and sounds it has to offer. It is never the same from visit to visit!

Very nice layout Tami! I love the colors! Your layouts always look clean. The title across both pages is nice as well.
