Li'l Warriors

On the occasion of Pop-Pop Howard’s 70th birthday, the Montclair Cooks departed for Wilmington, Delaware to enjoy their biggest party ever. Morgan (18 months old) happened upon a toy light saber. As she leaned over to pick it up, she looked peered over her shoulder to see if I would take it from her; but Gran’marazzi kept snapping photos. Realizing that she had full control of the moment, Morgan slipped into Princess Warrior mode. Meanwhile, slightly bigger brother Brayden ( 3 yrs & 9 mos.) was testing his mettle at the wading pool. He was joy personified as managed to zap his  bigger cousins his high-powered water rifle. Meanwhile, long-suffering tween Parker bore the little kid antics well. In time, the light saber was hidden, the water rifle dried out, and the weary warriors made their way home.

Thanks for sharing the journaling on your layout so we can get the whole story of all the action! Isn't it amazing how the little ones can ham it up for the cameras? Nice how the paper tiles bring out the color in your photos. Great candid shots!
